Sara Wienecke has taught creative writing and literature courses at Principia since Spring 2012, after earning her MFA in Creative Writing, focusing in both poetry and fiction, from Queens University of Charlotte, North Carolina. In 2009 she participated in Principia’s abroad program to Greece and Turkey, and this past summer she attended a writing workshop in Ireland, exploring Celtic mythology in contemporary poetry. She looks forward to sharing her love of reading, writing and exploring new places with students in Ireland.
