What are you most interested in learning about while you are in Ireland?
I am most interested in learning about how the arts are integrated, and how much their rich history influences their modern day culture.
What are you most interested in seeing? Doing?
I’m super excited about getting to explore the diversity of Ireland by traveling to several areas with different cultures. Specifically, I’m really interested in going to Killarney National Park, Galway, and Cobh.
Is there a particular course that you’re excited about? Why?
All of the courses are really intriguing and essential to understanding Ireland better and discovering more about our own identities, but one in particular that I’m excited about is the creative writing course. I’m excited to push myself to become more comfortable writing vulnerably and creatively.
What is the thing about traveling to a different country that you’re most looking forward to?
I’m really looking forward to completely immersing myself into a totally new culture, absorbing the various aspects of Ireland through discussions, course work, exploration, and observation.
