What most excites you about India and Nepal?

The chance to dive into a new culture and challenge myself to acclimate to different conditions than what I’m used to. These places are overflowing with beauty and joy that I just can’t wait to embrace. I’m excited to have lots of laughs, try new things, and make lasting friendships.

What is important to you?

My family and friendships are extremely important to me. I value my faith above all because it has taught me how to claim my freedom and embrace who I am. Maintaining open mindedness and loving life at every turn is my goal.

How would you spend your time, if money were no object?

There’s a part of me that itches to study food abroad and cook my way through the countries. Then I would visit art museums across Europe, travel to see family more often, and make lots of art without holding back on my vision.

What do you want to be better at?

When things don’t go as I envision or hope, I want to be better at yielding to change. I’m working on bringing joy to the process and leaving the pressure of needing to control what happens behind. Also, I’m constantly reflecting on how to be a more loving friend, sister, and daughter while protecting my own needs.
