I take no credit for Aaron’s artistic talent. All those genes must have come from his mother’s side! But at the risk of embarrassing him, I honestly feel that his talent is unique. I’ve watched through the years as he continues to create his artwork out of otherwise mundane things. He can take a completely anonymous, irrelevant, forgotten subject and transform it into a thing of beauty, a young lady dressed up for her wedding day, in the bloom of her youth, in all her glory. Whatever Aaron’s hand touches is overjoyed to have received his attention. I could go on, but words can’t describe the worlds he discovers. In these harsh days we are all enduring, take a moment to thank God for art, creation, and sunsets.
