How can I make sure that I am not solely lecturing to the students but encouraging them to actively engage in their learning with the concepts as well as with each other all while respecting the social distancing guidelines? All that to say, I\u2019ve been thinking a lot about it and wanting to know how to support all the learners in my classroom. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As I\u2019ve been researching how best to provide active learning in the classroom given the outside influences, one resource that I found helpful was the blog post, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scholarlyteacher.com\/post\/active-engaged-learning-during-a-pandemic-yes-it-can-be-done\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Active Engaged Learning During a Pandemic. Yes,It Can Be Done<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. In the blog post, Todd Zakrajsek provides active and collaborative learning strategies that can be used in today\u2019s classroom even with masks and social distancing requirements. Many of these strategies can be modified or adapted to meet your students\u2019 and classroom needs.
