As you complete them, you can remove them. If the order has to change, it\u2019s easy to move them around. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For example, you have a research paper and test that are coming up and so you put them on your priority sheet. Suddenly, your professor gives you more time to complete the paper. Your priorities just shifted. So, even though it\u2019s still on your list to get done, you can move something up on your chart that needs to be completed sooner. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As you complete tasks &#8211; your paper gets more empty and soon you will complete everything successfully for the semester!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Extra Tips: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use different colored post its for different courses<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use different colored post its for different activities &#8211; sports, assignments, work, etc\u2026<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check your priority sheet daily and make changes, removing anything that was completed and rearranging tasks that might need re-prioritizing.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.city.ac.uk\/learningatcity\/files\/2014\/08\/PostitsBoard1-1rjyulp.jpg\" width=\"515\" height=\"359\"><\/p>\n<p><em>Cherie Hufford,<\/em> MSEd and MA<em>,<\/em><em>&nbsp;is a student support specialist, visiting faculty, and assessment assistant at Principia College in Elsah, Illinois.
