It&#8217;s simple, affordable, and absolutely delicious.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salad Ingredients<\/strong><a chopped<\/li>\n<li>An avocado, pitted, peeled, and chopped<\/li>\n<li>A can of beans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dressing Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Whole grain mustard<\/li>\n<li>Balsamic vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar)<\/li>\n<li>Sweetener of choice (brown sugar, maple syrup, or honey)<\/li>\n<li>Oil (Olive is best)<\/li>\n<li>A bit dried basil&nbsp;\n<ul>\n<li>For more flavor, use&nbsp;fresh basil and dry it in a toaster oven<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Freshly ground black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/content.principia.edu\/sites\/sustainablefood\/files\/2017\/03\/FullSizeRender-1.jpg\"><img of pasta and add the kale at the end.<\/p>\n<p>Next, drain the pasta and kale and add the beans, chopped tomato, and avocado.<\/p>\n<p>Finally cover with the dressing and place in the fridge until cool.<\/p>\n<p>What I love about this recipe is the flexibility of measurements and versatility.<\/p>\n<p><a
