This morning after Church, we celebrated Dinah’s Czech name day — Alžběta.
Happy name day, Alžběta!
Then, we signed thank you cards for our apartment housekeepers, and Dinah and Paul distributed the final prints from Pavel Piekar’s printmaking workshop last week (made by Valeria, Nate, and Klaudija).
After a break for lunch, we made our way to the Meet Factory for the final time to clean our art studio and pack the large drawings in suitcases to take back to campus!
Folding and packing the large drawings is a fine art that requires many hands and much encouragement.
Success!
Approximately 70 pounds of folded drawings . . . heavy enough for bicep curls.
Then it was time to say goodbye to our beautiful studio for the last time!
And one final goodbye to Bramboro, the Meet Factory’s resident parrot!
