After everyone shared stories from their group day trips, we celebrated Brianna’s Czech name day — Tibor!

In the break between the name day celebration and a class discussion about Ivan Klima’s novel Love and Garbage, I took some snaps of students sketching and writing in their notebooks.
Here you can see Valeria and Sophie working on their Cubist portrait drawing assignment (the assignment is to draw a portrait of a fellow classmate in the Cubist style).
