Vincent-Immanuel Herr is an author, consultant, and speaker with a focus on male allyship for gender equality. He has advised men in various companies, organizations, government institutions, and even the military on how they can become effective allies against sexism in the workplace and beyond. He served on the prestigious Gender Equality Advisory Council (GEAC) of the G7 nations in 2022 — one of only very few men to have ever done so since the body’s inception in 2018. He has spoken on male allyship and gender equality at various international organizations, such as UNESCO, the OECD, or the European Commission, and has served as a HeForShe catalyst for UN Women Germany since 2018. Vincent has published numerous articles and two books on these topics as well.
