I often feel when people\ufeff say  to me &#8220;I don&#8217;t even see you as Spanish&#8217; (which I hate because I&#8217;m not  from Spain, I&#8217;m Latina. But that&#8217;s a whole other issue) I find it  insulting because it&#8217;s saying that my heritage and identity is a  negative, like they can &#8220;look past&#8221; this supposed flaw I have.  Colorblindness is a load of bull.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>What do you think of this statement? If you are a person of color is this something which you have heard frequently? Do you agree with this person? If you are white, what do you think of this?<\/p>\n<p>Feel free to say what you have to say.
