Directions
Place a toy pinwheel in front of your baby and gently blow on it. Observe how he reacts to the blur of beautiful colors and movement. Be careful not to allow him to grab the pinwheel, as the spinning edges are sharp and the toy contains small pieces. Pinwheels can also be placed in planters outside for your baby to observe either sitting him in front of them or observed from a window seat.
