Teaching Excellence Center

This fall the Teaching Excellence Center will be sponsoring two mini-workshops during the quarter, on Wednesday at 4:00 p.m.

Wednesday, September 30 (week 3)—Christian Borja will be conducting a technology workshop in the library on clickers, Smart boards, and wiki’s.  Come see how we can build technology into our classes to engage students in the learning process.

Wednesday, November 11 (week 9)—Chris Young, Lynn Horth, and Libby Scheiern will be conducting a workshop on Team-Based Learning in Wanamaker.  Come learn about ways we can use small groups in college teaching.
