Why Slovenia?
Because Slovenia is a country that was able to overcome the many obstacles that tried to divide its population and is now its own nation. And because they celebrate art and literature and the town’s statues are those of artists.
What Slovenian landscape feature are you most excited to see, and why?
I am Excited to see karst caves because I love caves; Lake Bled and Soca River because parts of Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian were filmed around its town; Bled Island because it has a nice gothic cathedral; and Ljubljana Castle because you can see (hopefully) most of Slovenia standing at the top.
