I think it\u2019ll be really cool to go to a very different culture and be totally caught off guard. Also I\u2019ve had a good exposure to Japanese history and I think Japan is such a unique place that has a lot to offer.<\/p>\n<p><em>What are you most looking forward to experiencing\/learning in Japan?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum as of right now. I really want to experience a memorial to a really recent world event and how Japanese society portrays it.<\/p>\n<p><em>What is your favorite sushi or Japanese food?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve had sushi once so I don\u2019t think I can give a qualified answer.<\/p>\n<p>Please share a metaphysical quote or idea that will help you in preparation for and participation on this program:<\/p>\n<p>The idea of \u2018place\u2019 will definitely be something I work with in Japan.
